All itmes are located in Novi Sad, Serbia. We ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped via DELIVERY SERVICE OF YOUR CHOICE. Delivery usualy takes 3-7 days depending on your country.

Please note that orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

If you want a change for another size, colour or an alternative product, you can make a new purchase online and return the item not wanted.
As soon as we get your return we will reimburse you.

All returned items must be in its original state.
You have 14 working days, from the reception of your order, to make the return.
All shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
